We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Associate with 2–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role. In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior product managers to shape product strategies, manage end-to-end feature lifecycles, and deliver seamless user experiences. This role serves as the link between business objectives, technical execution, and customer needs—ensuring that every product decision aligns with overall business growth and user satisfaction.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining and refining the product roadmap based on business goals, market trends, and customer insights.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with design teams to evaluate and improve wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for optimal usability.
- Partner with engineering teams to monitor development progress, address blockers, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to validate ideas and guide product decisions.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and feature prioritization within an agile workflow.

- You have a strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You’re proficient with tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
- You have the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to align cross-functional teams effectively.
