We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team at Spacekayak. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to define and deliver features for products at the intersection of AI, automation, and digital experiences. What you'll do

  • Product Planning & Execution: Help define product roadmaps, break down ideas into actionable requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.

  • User Research & Insights: Conduct interviews, surveys, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours.

  • Requirement Documentation: Write clear and concise PRDs, feature specs, and user stories that align with company goals.

  • Collaboration: Partner with engineers to refine technical approaches and with designers to ensure user-friendly, high-impact solutions.

  • Feature Validation: Support testing and QA, measure product adoption, and gather feedback to iterate quickly.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.


Requirements

  • Analytical & User-Centric Mindset: You think in systems but care about the small details that matter to users.
  • Clear Communication: Ability to explain product ideas, trade-offs, and priorities clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable breaking ambiguous problems into structured action plans.
  • Familiarity with Product Tools: Experience (or willingness to learn) tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms.
  • Technical Curiosity: Interest in understanding how products are built, especially web, AI, or API-driven systems.
  • Bonus: Prior internship or project experience in product, consulting, or startup environments.
