2+ years of experience launching successful consumer or technical productsfor desktop and mobile, with a focus on user-centered design and innovation.
Proven track record inproduct experimentation, including at least1+ years of experience in A/B testing and iterative product development.
Strong ability to leadcompetitive research, customer research, and survey methodsto inform product and technical strategies.
Minimum of2 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with exposure to managing geographically distributed development teams.
Familiarity with AI concepts, such as NLP, LLMs, and machine learning models, with a strong interest inAI technologies, trends, and compliance.
Hands-on experience managing thefull product lifecycle (SDLC)from ideation to launch, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality.
Technical knowledgeof web technologies, APIs, system architecture, and databases to effectively communicate with engineering teams and assess technical trade-offs.
Experience managing technical dependencies, risk mitigation, and blockers within cross-functional product teams.
Expertise with product management tools likeJIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
