CRM IT Project Manager_CBSL

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technology background to lead the delivery of large-scale development projects, specifically CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

3. CRM Implementation: Oversee the implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.

4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing risk management plans as needed.

5. Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.

6. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, conducting regular quality reviews and audits.

7. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are tracked and reported accurately, and taking corrective action to address any cost variances.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience: 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects, preferably CRM implementations.

3. Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.

4. Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), CRM solutions (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), and software development life cycles.

5. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

1. Cloud platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

2. DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker).

3. Business analysis: Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
