SAP S/4HANA CS Order Management (OM) Project Owner

Job Summary
This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of order management system changes and processes aligned with Services Supply Chain Business requirements.  Furthermore, candidate will assist with testing and troubleshooting S4 system issues.  As the Order Management Product owner, you will work in a highly dynamic, fast changing and fluid work environment, working in AMS or EMEA time zone. Effectively working across organizations to drive appropriate business/technical solutions adoptions; view alternatives from an end-to-end Supply Chain perspective and understand the broader implications of technical and business-related choices. Work in a self-directed environment where strong teamwork, individual initiatives and accountability are highly valued.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading transformation projects and Tech Debt initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of Order Management processes in S/4HANA, and driving organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Order Management implementation and transformation projects.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables for OM-related processes.
• Define and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption.
• Drive business process re-engineering and system optimization.
• Manage change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize business disruption.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align with best practices in Order Management.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and cross functional team to ensure successful project execution.
• Engage with global process owner and business leaders to drive process improvements and simplifications.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and compliance standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to users on SAP S/4HANA Order Management functionalities.
• Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and risk factors to ensure successful execution

Education & Experience Recommended

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, specifically in S/4HANA Order Management (OM).
• Strong expertise in Management of Change methodologies.
• Experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Order Management modules.
• Proven track record of leading SAP transformation projects in large enterprises.
• Expertise in customer experience (CX) solutions and MOC adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP, or SAP certifications are a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the SAP S/4 HANA SD
• Good knowledge in SD module process including billing and pricing
