Job Summary

As a Agile/Scrum certified Digital Program Manager, you will manage a Digital Marketing portfolio across multiple scrum teams and focus on coaching and mentoring teams.

Job Description

We are seeking a certified Digital Program Manager with deep agile expertise to manage Digital Marketing portfolio across multiple scrum teams. This role requires strong leadership, the extensive agile experience and a focus on coaching and mentoring teams. This position will be full-time and hybrid.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee multiple scrum masters, lead scrum of scrums, and ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies. Strong expertise with JIRA

  •  Demonstrate leadership by example, setting high standards for performance, accountability, and collaboration

  • Act as a coach and mentor to teams on Agile and Project Management principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices. Provide ongoing support to new Scrum Masters and less-experienced team members

  • Project Planning: Assist Scrum Masters to Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones and deliverables

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by assisting Scrum Masters in managing timelines and dependencies

  • Facilitate meetings, produce detailed minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Establish templates and processes to create weekly milestone reporting, executive-level project summaries. Track and report on team performance, including velocity, burn-down charts, and other key Agile metrics. Share insights with leadership on team progress, blockers, and areas for improvement

  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address escalations

  • Collaborate with global teams across Americas, EMIA, and APAC

  • Manage projects to enhance capabilities the client's online presence and other digital marketing initiatives

  • Identify, anticipate, and resolve blockers to coach multiple teams to maintain project momentum. Facilitate discussions to address challenges, manage conflicts and prevent recurring issues

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 7-10 years in project management, with a focus on digital sales and marketing projects

  • Agile/Scrum/SAFe certification required

  • Strong expertise with JIRA and how to use it effectively is a must

  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience overseeing/coaching multiple scrum masters

  • Fast pace, global environment requires high EQ and people leadership skills and effective conflict management

  • Proven ability to manage timelines, run effective meetings, and produce executive-level summaries

  • Strong communication skills for engaging with VP-level stakeholders

  • Experience working with global teams and managing cross-regional projects

Physical Demands

  • This role involves mostly sedentary work, with occasional movement around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer, using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
