Founding product Manager

We are looking for a Founding Product Manage, with an early-stage AI SaaS platform company. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build and refine a cutting-edge Generative AI product that transforms the way businesses leverage AI for automation, content creation, and decision-making.

The role will work closely with CEO.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the product roadmap, balancing user needs, business goals, and AI capabilities

2. Customer Research & Market Fit

3. AI & Engineering Collaboration Partner with data scientists, AI researchers, and engineers to translate AI innovations into real-world applications

4. User Experience & Design Alignment Work with designers to create intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable interfaces

5. Data-Driven Decision Making Leverage analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing to refine features and improve product engagement

6. Scalability & Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution

Qualification:

1. 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI/ML products, or automation platforms

2. Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning applications

3. Experience in early-stage startups or fast-growing SaaS companies with exposure to MVP development and rapid iterations
