High Level Job Description:
We are seeking an RB Customer Project Manager to join our team at Cisco working at
customer site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and
executing customer-focused projects at Mumbai Customer Location/s. With 8-10 years
of project management experience, he will ensure the delivery of high-quality services
while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting project timelines and budget
requirements. Key responsibilities and expectations are to
• Complete all project start-up activities necessary to deliver a CX customer delivery
project according to customer business outcomes by implementing project
management approach to leverage the best of both Waterfall and Agile
methodologies.
• Ensure stakeholders, and the project team deliver projects on-time, within budget,
and with high quality to promote customer satisfaction.
• Track, review, and regulate the progress and performance of the project,
documenting project health, risks, and needs throughout the life of the project
• Keeping stakeholders apprised of current project status with timely and relevant
updates.
• Validate all aspects of the contract are complete and properly executed and closed
for the project
• Project delivery within Cisco’s governance and defined expectations
• Delivery quality based on contracted business outcomes
We are searching for a candidate who possesses Project Management / Operations
Management experience.
• Proficient in utilizing project management tools and Microsoft Project software, ITIL
Framework and operations management.
• Cisco products configuration experience in the past OR knowledge of Cisco
technology, products, architecture with CCNA or CCNP certified.
• Hold certifications in Project Management such as PMP, CAPM, ITIL, Certified
ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent are preferred.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and reviews and drive closure of ongoing operations level
escalations from client site.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management
principles
