What awaits you/ Job Profile 

• Understanding of application architectures, monitoring tools, and different technology stacks. 
• Manage APM tools ( Nagios ,Grafana) and Agents
• Customize dashboards, alerts, and data collection settings.
• Experience in Scripting language (Like Python, bash, powershell) for Custom monitoring/automation.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve performance Ex: Code optimizations, Database indexing/tuning, Resource allocation etc.
• Experience in tracking dependencies across the application landscape and ensuring the visibiltiy of the application end to end.
• Event Management workflow understanding for the Application landscape.
•  Use of service management tools like Service now for CMDB and Service Management process (like Incident, Change, Problem).
• Proficiency in using agile project management tools and software, such as [JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint]
• Generate performance dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Identifying areas for improvement, reporting and optimizing processes for efficiency, quality

What should you bring along

• ·       Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Application Performance management 
• ·       Expertise in Application performance management tools like Nagios, Grafana etc.
• Familiarity with Scripting tools and Cloud management. 
• ·       Proven experience in application operation, end user  support , and incident resolution
• ·       ITIL Certification with expertise in ITSM Service management (Incident, Change and Problem)
• ·       Expertise in Data Analytics, data extraction, and reporting 
• ·       Lookout for Continuous Service improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, preferably prior international experience or working directly with international clients
• Strong experience working in a continuous integration driven environment with proven track record of progressive thinking and continuous improvement.  

Must have technical skill 

• Strong Application Performance Management Expertise including Technical Lifecycle management  of the monitoring tools like  Nagios, Grafana etc.
• Prior Application Development and ITSM experience
• Server Administration( Linux/Windows), 
• Cloud expertise  ( AWS/Azure/GCP)
• ·       Experince with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm etc.
• Expertise in Scripting (Python.Java, Bash, Power shell), 
• Agile Orientation
