Exotel is a customer engagement platform providing a suite of products, APIs and capabilities to help enterprises solve their customer communication and engagement needs. Your main responsibilities will include gathering product requirements, crafting the product roadmap, defining user stories and working closely with Engineering for product development.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build products that cater to customer needs, fill gaps in the market and increase customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion to create, disrupt and scale. You should have 3-5 years of experience in Product Management. Our ideal candidates should have prior development experience or work closely in a tech-driven environment.
