Facilitates communication with product stakeholders to gather and clarify product needs and priorities, translating them into operational and functional requirements.
Writes detailed requirements and use cases for proposed solutions; owns and manages the product backlog for one or more product areas.
Leads prioritization negotiations for the product backlog and roadmap with stakeholders and Solution Managers, ensuring alignment and clear communication of approved priorities.
Works closely with Product Owners to update and guide the backlog based on stakeholder priorities.
Identifies and analyzes business issues and opportunities using data from various sources to inform actionable decisions.
Collaborates closely with development and cross-functional teams to represent the customer, resolve conflicts, and validate designs against business objectives.
Communicates upcoming product features and key messages clearly through various channels, including product demonstrations and meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Total 11 years of experience in which 4+ years of experience in Product Owner or Product Analyst roles with demonstrated expertise in the business domain.
6+ years managing teams or leading cross-functional groups.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
Proficient in Agile methodologies and SDLC processes, particularly Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
Practical experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence for backlog and project management.
Certifications such as CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CSPO, CSM, or SAFe Agilist/SPC are highly desired.
