  THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>
  <\/h2>

  We are looking for a <\/span>Product Manager<\/b> <\/span>to own high -impact product areas across <\/span>agent workflows, context systems, and AI platform capabilities<\/b>.
  <\/p>

  You will drive product strategy and execution at the intersection of <\/span>AI systems, enterprise workflows, and platform usability<\/b>, working closely with engineering, AI research, design, sales, and customer success teams.
  <\/p>

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap<\/b>
  <\/h3>

  • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas across Akira AI, ElixirData, or NexaStack AI.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, reliability, and time -to -value.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Balance short -term execution with long -term platform scalability and extensibility.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Customer Discovery & Problem Framing<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    • Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success metrics.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Translate customer pain points into clear problem statements and product requirements.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Validate solutions through feedback, pilots, and early deployments.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Execution & Delivery<\/b>

      • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Work closely with engineering teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.

      • Ensure features ship with the right level of quality, documentation, and enablement.

        4. Cross -Functional Collaboration<\/b>

        • Partner with Design to deliver intuitive UX for complex workflows and systems.

        • Collaborate with AI Research and Data teams to productionize intelligent capabilities.

        • Align with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success for launches, demos, and enablement.

          5. Adoption, Metrics & Continuous Improvement<\/b>

          • Define and track KPIs such as activation, workflow completion, usage depth, and expansion.

          • Gather post -launch feedback and iterate continuously.

          • Ensure product decisions are data -informed and outcome -driven.

            SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>

            Must -Have<\/b>
            <\/h3>

            • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, platform, AI, or enterprise software.
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmapping, and agile execution.
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product requirements.
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

            • Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action.
