We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager with a passion for building exceptional products. This is an entry-level role (0+ years of experience), ideal for candidates eager to begin or transition into product management. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define, build, and launch products that solve real customer problems.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements, define product vision, and create a roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Work with engineering teams to define product features, write user stories, and ensure successful delivery of product releases.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market.
  • Assist in the prioritization of product backlogs based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure an exceptional user experience and customer journey.
  • Track product performance using data and metrics, and use insights to recommend product improvements.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Continuously gather feedback from customers and internal teams to iterate and enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, design, or related field.
  • No prior product management experience is requiredβ€”we welcome recent graduates and career changers passionate about product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of product development processes and methodologies is a plus (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
