Job Summary:

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end CRM implementation and feature development for our SaaS platform. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and delivery of CRM implementation and product projects

• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate with product, tech, QA, support, and clients

• Manage projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

• Conduct stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews

• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies

• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

• Track KPIs, timelines, and project performance

• Ensure smooth handover post-deployment

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business or related field

• 2+ years of project management experience (SaaS/CRM preferred)

• Strong understanding of SDLC and SaaS products

• Experience with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, Trello

• Expertise in Agile/Scrum

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Technical understanding (APIs, integrations, cloud) is a plus

Preferred:

• PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certification

• Experience in CRM implementation or enterprise onboarding

• Knowledge of Slack, Confluence, GitHub, CRM platforms
