Job Title: Product Manager

 Location: [Pune]

Experience: 2–3 years

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager/Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in the Fintech or Payments domain. You will support process improvement initiatives, analyze data to drive decisions, and help streamline critical workflows such as merchant onboarding, transactions, settlements, and KYC journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in mapping and analyzing operational and payment workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
  • Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for internal tool enhancements and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and compliance.
  • Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools, and assist in generating insights and dashboards.
  • Support testing of process changes, automation rollouts, and new feature implementations.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documents, and training materials for internal use.
  • Help track performance metrics and process KPIs regularly to measure impact and improvement areas.

 Must-Have Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Excellence, preferably in Fintech or Digital Payments.
  • Familiarity with payment systems: UPI, IMPS, Payment Gateways, KYC, Settlements, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, basic SQL, and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

 Nice-to-Have:

  • Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (even basic understanding).
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Basic knowledge of payment regulations (RBI guidelines, KYC/AML).
  • Prior work on merchant onboarding, fraud/risk operations, or support functions.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields.
  • Certification or coursework in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Data Analytics is a plus.
