Role and Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager at Flair Deck Consulting Pvt Ltd, you will collaborate with the internal Growth and Product team to develop the product roadmap, assess the performance of the product, and identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the product performance and identifying potential areas of improvement
- Collaborating with the Growth team to create a product upgrade plan
- Providing inputs for product development and tracking the progress of upgrade projects
- Advising the management team on new features and UI/UX changes based on market intelligence and research
- Creating a continuous improvement framework and gathering feedback from user groups
- Providing technical and engineering inputs for product onboarding to improve UI/UX and backend operations
Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have a graduate degree in any discipline and relevant experience in product development or product management roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the airline industry.
