We are seeking an experienced Product Manager<\/b> to lead the end -to -end lifecycle of products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in defining product vision, managing roadmaps, collaborating with cross -functional teams<\/b>, and driving business growth through customer -centric innovation.

You will serve as the bridge between business, technology, and design teams—translating customer needs into product features and ensuring timely, high -quality delivery.

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap<\/b> aligned with business objectives. Lead end -to -end product lifecycle management<\/b>—from ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritization to delivery and go -to -market. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions<\/b> to identify opportunities and validate assumptions. Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams<\/b> to ensure product goals are met on time and within scope. Define clear product requirements<\/b> and maintain a prioritized backlog based on business value. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and product outcomes.<\/b> Develop KPIs and success metrics<\/b> to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement. Drive data -informed decision -making<\/b> through analytics and customer insights. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to develop go -to -market (GTM) strategies<\/b> and product launch plans. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert<\/b> in product planning, design thinking, and Agile execution. Bachelor’s degree<\/b> in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). 7–8 years of experience<\/b> in Product Management or a related role in technology, analytics, or digital transformation domains. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products<\/b> (digital, SaaS, or enterprise -grade solutions). Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies<\/b> and experience working with cross -functional Agile teams.<\/b> Proficient in tools<\/b> like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar. Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.<\/b> Analytical mindset with experience in data -driven decision -making<\/b> and customer behavior analysis.<\/b> Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and organizational goals. CSPO®, Pragmatic Institute PM Certification<\/b>, or equivalent professional certification. Experience working in B2B / SaaS / Analytics / AI -driven products.<\/b> Familiarity with UX/UI principles<\/b>, API integrations<\/b>, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).<\/b> Exposure to financial modeling, pricing strategy, or ROI analysis.<\/b> Ability to mentor junior product managers or associate PMs. A dynamic and innovative work environment focused on impact and growth.
