Product Manager - Future technology

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the future of mobility, smart tech, and user behavior
  
• Identify opportunity spaces, drive innovation pipelines, and champion ideas worth prototyping
  
• Translate complex user needs and emerging tech into actionable product features
  

2. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with industrial designers, interaction designers, AI engineers, and hardware developers
  
• Lead cross-functional sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  
• Ensure tight integration between physical form and digital functionality
  

3. User Research & Market Insight

• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor bench-marking
  
• Define personas, journeys, and product use-cases to guide the team.
  
• Use insights to shape roadmap priorities and refine MVPs
  

4. Execution & Delivery

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and prototyping to testing, validation, and go-to-market
  
• Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
  
• Track KPIs, define success metrics, and constantly refine the product
  

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• 4–7 years of product management experience, preferably in mobility, hardware, or emerging tech
  
• Experience working on physical + digital products (hardware, wearables, consumer electronics, mobility devices, etc.)
  
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, prototyping, and iterative development
  
• Excellent communicator, collaborator, and team orchestrator
  
• Strong grasp of Agile development, sprint planning, and backlog management
  

Bonus Skills

• Background in mobility, automotive, or AI-enabled hardware products
  
• Experience with hardware manufacturing cycles
  
• Technical literacy in embedded systems, BLE, or AI interfaces
  
• Familiarity with design tools and workflows (Figma, Fusion 360, CAD)
