Product Manager II

We’re looking for a customer-focused Product Manager II to join us on this mission.

•   Use data, customer insights and partnership across PM, engineering, data science, user research and design disciplines to develop and deliver product improvements with hypothesis for growth, discovery and satisfaction in the M365 Copilot app (Windows/Mac).

• Develop deep understanding of the business, our customers, and the competitive landscape through market and customer research.
  
  
• Partner across engineering teams, design, marketing, and business execute on the roadmap — focus on rapid iteration, learning and improvement.
  
  
• Define clear metrics and projected impact for all investments using a product and customer led growth approach.
  
  
• Foster an environment that encourages diversity of thought and an inclusive team culture in a geographically distributed and hybrid work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience on end-user facing products.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, related field or equivalent industry experience.
  
  
• Experience and expertise with data to address business needs, apply analytical and inferential techniques to answer questions and produce product recommendations in partnership across disciplines preferred.
  
  
• Proven ability to develop product roadmaps to deliver customer and business value across products and services.
  
  
• Experience working with data or AI-powered products to deliver greater user value.
  
  
• Track record of successful design, delivery, and iteration on complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  
  
• Experience with customer-centric and data-driven insights creation, strategy definition, and experimentation
  
  
• Customer empathy with experience in user-centered design; demonstrated success in translating business strategy into product investments.
