DescriptionThe primary purpose of Product Manager - Digital is to work on the digital road map and co-ordinate for the development, execution and enhancement of digital products/services for the bank.
Responsibilities
- The Product Manager role will be responsible for understanding business requirements conceptualize market excelling new products & services targeting enhanced User Experience and Requirement and meet defined objectives
- Responsible for Implementation, Managing and Enhancing MB/NB as an Omni-Channel and as per defined modules in terms of new digital initiatives, feature enhancement, regulatory initiatives, compliance, data repository and reporting, complaint handling
- It also involves creating a project plan with BSG/Vendor and ensure that the agile methodologies are followed from inception for delivering the project within stipulated timelines
- Benchmarking - Perform routine industry benchmarking , conduct market research, comparative study with peer banks/fintech to introduce required enhancements keeping business/customer interest and adhere to best practices followed, Alliance Management
- Business/Technical Refinement - Lead discussion, and liaison with internal cross functional control group/ stakeholders viz. Business/Operations/BSG/TSG/Architecture/Testing/Service Providers to curate Product & Service as per defined Customer Journey (CJ) and follow up for project deadlines"
- Compliance and Regulatory requirements – Co-ordinating with Compliance/ISMD/PMLA and Ensure fulfilling requisite regulatory benchmarks/requirements from RBI/NPCI/GoI pertaining to products and services within the defined scope of the Alternate Channels Department
- Documentation - Preparation of Concept Note (CN)/BRD/PRD/PEC Note/SOP/Circulars/Policy Draft as per product/service implementation and solution envisaged
- Testing/Bug Detection/Sign Off/Deployment - Conduct routine UAT/CUG/Production testing within defined functional scope for deployments proposed by Alternate Channels Department, Sign Off & Perform routine follow up for production deployment within defined schedules.
Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Qualifications:
Graduation (B.Sc/BCA/B.Tech/B.E.)
Post Graduation Preferred (MBA/PGDM/PGPM)
Any certifications related to Banking/Digital/Agile Preferred
