We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Product Manager who can drive "Light Bulb Moments" that shape our media product and elevate business growth. In this role, you will act as the central force that connects internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success) with external stakeholders (clients, influencers, and channel partners). As a master problem solver, you will craft and execute the product roadmap, ensuring high product adoption and driving revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to shape the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic vision.
  • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from gathering feedback, prioritizing features, and defining specifications to delivering updates and communicating progress effectively.
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to enhance product adoption and drive product-led growth.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to promote new features and key releases.
  • Translate customer needs into tangible product functionalities while ensuring future scalability.
  • Develop prototypes to present product concepts to key stakeholders, showcasing their value and potential.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the timely delivery of prioritized features.
  • Monitor competitive trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to optimize user experience and product performance.
  • Take full ownership of the product’s success, focusing on both adoption and revenue growth.

Strong Communication Skills – Ability to explain technical concepts and product features to diverse audiences.
Adaptability – Passion for working with an evolving product and navigating changing landscapes.
Project Management Expertise – Experience with Airtable, Trello, JIRA, and proficiency in creating low-fi and high-fi mockups using tools like Balsamiq, Sketch, or similar.
Technical Acumen – Familiarity with Postman, curl, REST API, and a solid understanding of web technologies.
Data-Driven Decision-Making – Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Metabase, or similar analytics tools.
Domain Experience (Preferred) – Background in Marketing Automation, Customer Communication, Product Personalization, or A/B Testing Frameworks.
Experience – Minimum 5 years in Product Management, ideally within a SaaS product company.
