As a Product Manager in Secure Platform , you will lead efforts to establish our target state, omni-channel authentication platform. You will be responsible for establishing the foundational platform, and migrating legacy functionality, across the Digital, Call Center and Branch channels. Your goal will be to establish functionality, in a way that ensures it can be leveraged across an array of customer experience use cases, in support of our customer facing area products.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with Area Product Owners and Identity Management/Authentication product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog, execution of the product roadmap and product modernization agenda
- Manage delivery on existing product features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in all agile events of the product group. Lead the research, definition, and development of new features to advance the product roadmap.
- Work with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver and align solutions to product vision and roadmap
- Act as subject matter expert with respect to Customer Identity and Access Management processes and supporting applications/capabilities
- Support Product Owner and Area Product Owners with developing business cases and/or measuring/improving operational results
- Partner with agile lead to adopt and continually improve agile practices
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience building platform systems and operations for large scale enterprises
- Strong experience in cross location agile product development techniques and practices
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Proficient in Tools: MS Office Suite, JIRA
