Role Overview:
As a Product Manager – Salesforce (Sales Cloud), you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Salesforce-based solutions that support UPL’s commercial and sales operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and Salesforce developers to deliver scalable and impactful CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Product Ownership:
Own and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, ensuring alignment with business
goals and user needs.
Roadmap & strategy:
Define and maintain the product roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with commercial teams, sales leaders, and IT to gather requirements, identify pain
points, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
User Experience & Adoption:
Drive user adoption through intuitive design, training, and continuous feedback loops. Ensure
high-quality user experience across all Salesforce touchpoints.
Release Management:
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles in collaboration with Salesforce
developers and admins.
Data & Analytics Integration:
Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to integrate Salesforce data into broader analytics products and dashboards.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure Salesforce configurations and customizations adhere to UPL’s data governance,
security, and compliance standards.
Innovation & Optimization:
Continuously explore new Salesforce features (e.g., Einstein AI, automation tools) to enhance
productivity and decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
4 to 7 years of experience in technology or product management roles
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Proven track record of managing Salesforce implementations or enhancements
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead/opportunity management, and sales processes
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus
