We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Product Manager & Developer Advocate with 2-5 years of experience to drive the adoption and success of the Redwood Development Platform, which includes Oracle Visual Builder (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/app-builder-cloud/index.html and https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/visual-builder/ ) and other Oracle development tools. The Redwood Development Platform is Oracleβs next-generation application development ecosystem, designed to supercharge enterprise applications with modern, and AI-driven capabilities
This role is a blend of product management and developer advocacy, requiring both technical expertise and communication skills to engage with the developer community, understand their pain points, and influence product direction.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Developer Advocacy (70%):
- Engage with developers through blogs, webinars, and conferences (online/offline).
- Create educational content such as tutorials, sample applications, and best practices.
- Address developer pain points and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Actively participate in developer forums and communities to drive adoption.
- Product Management (30%):
- Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance the Redwood Development Platform.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to define and prioritize product features.
- Develop product roadmaps and documentation to align with customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts, and any cloud provider like Oracle Cloud.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrating them into web applications
- Familiarity with AI ecosystem to leverage Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence in applications
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical content clearly to both developers and business stakeholders.
- Ability to understand developer pain points and translate them into actionable product improvements.
- Experience in public speaking at meetups, conferences, or webinars is a plus.
- Previous experience in developer advocacy, technical evangelism, or community engagement is an advantage.
