Description

Oracle Procurement Cloud is an integrated source-to-settle suite that automates business processes, enables strategic sourcing, simplifies buying resulting in improved savings and greater profitability. Leveraging digital capabilities, such as embedded analytics, social collaboration, and mobile devices, Procurement Cloud enables companies to source more effectively, control spending, and improve profit margins.

Self Service Procurement Cloud, is an integral part of Oracle’s Procurement Cloud suite. It provides innovative solutions that enforce a Next Gen Shopping User Experience, increase agility with robust Content management, and improve Requester collaboration and productivity.

As part of the Procurement Cloud development organization, you will help to grow our procurement solutions leveraging Oracle’s latest enterprise application technology.



Responsibilities
  • Drive new feature development projects following an agile and continuous-delivery methodology.
  • Work as part of the development team to deliver product increments in every sprint.
  • Analyze customer needs to define new product capabilities and develop feature designs.
  • Write and review user stories and acceptance criteria, to ensure that the product meets requirements and quality standards.
  • Deliver product collateral and review product documentation.
  • Communicate product strategy and functionality.
  • Contribute to ensure successful product releases based on organizational and corporate priorities.
  • Work with customers, consultants, and marketing to get new feature requirements and provide implementation guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal groups (consulting, sales, support, partners) during product roll-out and ongoing maintenance.
  • Be responsible for team development and performance management.


Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of product management or relevant experience.
  • Degree/Major: MS/BS in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering. MBA a plus.
  • Good functional knowledge of supply chain, financial, procurement applications.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • Ability to lead and work well with a wide range of people.
  • Experience working on enterprise software application projects.
  • Experience with Oracle Applications a plus.
