What will you do

  • Chart the course for your product and define and prioritize its features
  • Understand the market trends & client needs in Direct Procurement, competitive landscape carefully and with the in-depth understanding of your product
  • Understand the Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Execution and Supplier Relationship Management domains
  • Act as a domain expert and advocate/implements the best practices with the development team
  • Understand the individual customer requirements carefully and create the functional specifications, use cases, mock-ups and other documents required for development
  • Make sure that the solution that is designed and developed effectively meets the business objectives of the end users
  • Work with UX team to create a pleasant & intuitive user experience
  • Validate the newly developed features and their impact on existing features.
  • Experience working in an Agile Development environment to build product features and capabilities
  • Python / JavaScript / SQL experience
  • Ability to use o9 Platform to make configuration changes to the existing product screens / workflows
  • Demonstrate these new features to key stakeholders and get their feedback
  • Clearly articulate product innovations & differentiators to the stakeholders
  • Provide product training to internal and external departments
  • Support on-going customer deployments by advising implementation consultants on the best practices and providing fixes for product gaps in a timely manner
  • Act as an SME and reviews the training material and product documentation
  • Help the sales and pre-sales teams to support RFPs, RFQs, ongoing implementations and customer demos (preparation / delivery)

What should you have..

  • Full Time Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering or Masters in Business Administration
  • 5-6 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis
  • Excellent understanding of the supply chain planning & Direct Material Procurement domain
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • A good leader who can communicate the project plans and status of projects effectively
  • A self-motivated person who can work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiatives
  • Experience working within Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML applications will be an added advantage
  • Experience working with the SRM vendors, like Coupa, e2Open, One Networks, ARIBA, etc. will be considered an advantage
