About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner (2–5 years) with a strong analytical and technical mindset to take ownership of product delivery within our B2B Procurement SaaS platform. Our solution enables businesses to manage end-to-end procurement workflows — from requisition to payment — with deep ERP integrations.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure that features are delivered with high impact and business alignment. While you won't be writing code, understanding .NET Core, React, APIs, and cloud infrastructure will be important for driving product conversations and trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Backlog Management

  • Own the product backlog: define user stories, prioritize features, and align with business goals.

  • Break down complex workflows (e.g., requisition to pay) into clear, actionable items for engineering.

  • Ensure development teams are building the right features for the right users at the right time.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and business within the delivery team.

  • Work with internal stakeholders (product managers, sales, customer success) to gather insights and define requirements.

  • Validate technical feasibility with architects and dev leads.

Agile Delivery Support

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies: planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retros.

  • Continuously refine and groom the backlog to reflect evolving priorities.

  • Ensure delivery timelines are met without compromising quality or product value.

Technical & Process Insight

  • Leverage your understanding of modern web architecture (e.g., .NET Core, React, APIs, cloud) to guide discussions and remove ambiguity.

  • Collaborate with DevOps and QA to promote automation, CI/CD, and scalable product development.

  • Drive improvements in product delivery processes and team efficiency.


Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a Product Owner or hybrid BA/PM role in a software environment.

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or procurement-related platforms.

  • Strong understanding of Agile development practices and SDLC.

  • Ability to define clear requirements, prioritize effectively, and make trade-offs.

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and basic CI/CD concepts.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Optional Skills

  • Technical background in .NET Core, React, APIs, AWS/Azure.

  • Domain knowledge in procurement workflows, auctions, compliance, or ERP integrations.

  • Experience working with vendors and third-party integrations.
