Scope:
- We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and adoption of Notification and Chat/Collaboration Services for our SaaS supply chain management platform.
- These services will enable seamless real-time communication, alerts, and workflow collaboration across multiple applications.
- The Product Owner will ensure these capabilities meet the needs of internal teams, enhance user engagement, and integrate effectively with the broader platform ecosystem.
- In this role, you will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering, design, and application teams to drive adoption and continuous improvements.
- You will work with stakeholders across multiple product teams to ensure the notification and collaboration services are scalable, intuitive, and support business-critical workflows.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage the product backlog, defining and prioritizing features for notification and chat/collaboration services.
- Act as the Product Owner for an Agile scrum team, leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, and execution.
- Engage with internal application teams to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration of messaging and collaboration services.
- Define real-time communication and notification strategies, ensuring reliability, scalability, and an intuitive user experience.
- Drive adoption and enablement, creating documentation, training materials, and best practices for application teams.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to align development with user needs and platform goals.
- Success Metrics & Adoption KPIs
- Platform Adoption: % of internal teams using notification and collaboration services, integration rate with SaaS applications.
- System Performance: Delivery speed, reliability, and uptime of real-time notifications and chat services.
- User Engagement: Message delivery success rates, open/click rates for notifications, active collaboration session metrics.
- Operational Efficiency: Reduction in email-based workflows, increased response times in chat-based collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years as a Product Owner in SaaS or platform services.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or implementation services.
- Familiarity with real-time communication technologies, chat platforms, or notification services.
- Experience working in Agile environments, managing cross-team collaboration.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align diverse teams on shared platform goals.
