<\/p>1. Strategic Product Ownership & Vision<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Own and manage the <\/span>product backlog<\/b>, including creation, refinement, prioritization, and communicating the product vision to the Scrum team and stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/li>- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end -users, and the development team, ensuring alignment on goals and scope.<\/span>
<\/li>- Define <\/span>user stories<\/b> <\/span>with clear acceptance criteria and ensure they align with the overarching product goals and strategic roadmap.<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the <\/span>Product Roadmap<\/b> <\/span>and long -term vision.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>2. Customer Journey Mapping & UX Specialization<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Lead and facilitate customer journey mapping workshops<\/span><\/b> <\/span>to thoroughly analyze and document end -to -end user experiences, identifying pain points, moments of truth, and opportunities for digital enhancement.<\/span>

<\/p>Required Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
<\/p> <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Experience:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>10–12 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Analysis, or Business Analysis, with at least 5 years specifically as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.<\/span>
<\/li>- Journey Mapping Mastery:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>Demonstrable, hands -on experience in <\/span>leading, designing, and utilizing customer journey maps<\/b> <\/span>and service blueprints to drive product strategy.<\/span>
<\/li>- UX/UI Acumen:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>Strong foundational knowledge of <\/span>User Experience (UX)<\/b> <\/span>principles, information architecture, and user -centered design methodologies.<\/span>
<\/li>- Technical Fluency:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>Ability to communicate technical trade -offs and decisions to both technical and non -technical audiences.<\/span>
