The Product Owner – Data / Analytics leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our analytics product portfolio, with a primary focus on our vSight dashboard development process. This role partners closely with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers to define and deliver data products that drive decision -making and operational efficiency in revenue cycle management. <\/li>
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ventra’s analytics and dashboarding products. <\/li>
Lead product discovery with internal stakeholders across the revenue cycle to identify data needs and align product priorities with business goals. <\/li>
Translate complex business problems into clear, scalable product solutions, balancing short -term needs with long -term architecture and data strategy. <\/li>
Partner with Power BI developers and data engineers to deliver robust, intuitive dashboards built on trusted, well -modeled data. <\/li>
Prioritize the product backlog, manage sprint planning, and drive release planning using Agile tools, preferably Azure DevOps. <\/li>
Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and technical specifications using Confluence. <\/li>
Evaluate product performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and data usage patterns. <\/li>
Coordinate cross -functional initiatives with business operations, data governance, and IT teams. <\/li>
Support stakeholder communications and occasionally participate in client discussions to represent product vision and roadmap. <\/li>
Champion a data product mindset across the organization, promoting the value of clean, actionable data. <\/li>
6–9+ years of experience in data product management, business intelligence, or analytics -focused roles. <\/li>
CSPO Certification <\/li>
Proven experience leading cross -functional product development teams in an Agile environment. <\/li>
Strong background in dashboarding and reporting tools (Power BI preferred), with knowledge of data warehouse environments such as Snowflake. <\/div><\/li>
Strategic thinking with the ability to align data product initiatives to business outcomes. <\/li>
Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and analytics use cases. <\/li>
Expertise in Agile product development and backlog management using Azure DevOps. <\/li>
Strong data literacy; able to converse fluently with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders. <\/li>
Ability to lead cross -functional teams and influence without direct authority. <\/li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders. <\/li>
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities. <\/li>
