We're looking for a Program Manager to lead a greenfield
workflow automation project for a top-tier technology company. This initiative
aims to streamline their end-to-end Concept to Market business process using
the ServiceNow Yokohama release. You'll be responsible for the overall success
of the program, from initial discovery through to deployment and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Manage
the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Oversee
cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and
timelines.
- Lead
stakeholder communication, managing expectations and providing regular
progress updates.
- Identify
and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Drive
strategic decisions and ensure the solution meets the client's business
objectives.
- Manage
program budget, resources, and scope effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven
experience as a Program Manager for large-scale enterprise software
implementation projects.
- Experience
with ServiceNow projects is a significant plus.
- Strong
understanding of Agile methodologiesΒ
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience
working with senior-level stakeholders.
- Ability
to manage complex programs with multiple dependencies.
- Minimum
experience of 8 years and at least 2 years of relevant experience
