Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Global IT Project Manager with extensive end-to-end IT project management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing global projects involving multiple technologies. The candidate must have substantial experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies who worked on legacy applications and be proficient in Scrum practices. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage and deliver complex IT projects on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Direct and manage large-scale IT projects from inception to completion (End-To-End), ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
  
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Implement effective risk management strategies and contingency plans.
  
• Resource and Team Management: Optimize resource utilization, balancing personnel, technology, and budget constraints.
  
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Conduct regular project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
  
• Reporting and Documentation: Produce and deliver detailed project status reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders, along with organizing and presenting in steercos. Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Qualification:

·        Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.

·        PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

·        Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

·        Minimum of 8 years of experience in End-to-End IT project management.

·        Proven experience managing projects involving multiple technologies and systems.

·        Demonstrated proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·        Hands-on experience with Scrum practices and leading Scrum teams.
