As we scale, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just "manage" projects — but owns outcomes, removes friction, and brings the team together.
Be the bridge between clients, developers, and leadership
Take complete ownership of task flow — from requirements to delivery
Conduct daily stand-ups, follow-ups, and remove blockers
Ensure clear documentation, timelines, and accountability
Communicate with clients proactively and professionally
Maintain quality by coordinating with QA & Developers before client delivery
Track tasks, dependencies, and progress using Zoho Projects or other tools.
Support solution architect with process mapping & sprint planning
You love clarity, structure, and communication.
English language proficiency should be high.
You think in systems and checklists
You enjoy solving people's problems and project problems.
You have basic understanding of software workflows (or are eager to learn)
You want to grow into a Delivery Lead or COO type role one day.
You thrive in early-stage startups where every day brings something new.
Experience with Zoho (CRM, Creator, Projects)
Handled client communication in any tech or service company
Worked in a startup / tech implementation firm
A mix of empathy + assertiveness
Mentorship from the founder — not just “do and report”

This is an onsite-only role (Chennai) — we believe in high-context communication and fast iteration as we build our team and systems. Remote will not be considered at this stage.
