Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in a product-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong Agile mindset, a commitment to Lean principles, and demonstrated expertise in managing multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and continuous value delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Implement Agile methodologies, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Promote Lean thinking by identifying and eliminating waste, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Manage multiple stakeholders by:

  • Mapping and analyzing stakeholder interests and influence, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

  • Establishing clear communication channels tailored to stakeholder preferences and project requirements.

  • Facilitating alignment among diverse stakeholder groups to drive consensus and support project objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Manage project timelines, and resources, proactively addressing risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

• Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to track progress, manage backlogs, and maintain transparency.

• Mentor team members on Agile and Lean practices, encouraging self-organization and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a product-based company, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and a solid understanding of Lean principles.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, balancing diverse interests and driving collaborative decision-making.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
