Role Overview\:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager. This role requires 10 to 12 years of overall IT experience, with preferred expertise in enterprise environments, particularly in CRM and service ticketing domains.
**Key Responsibilities\:**
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities with Salesforce CRM and service ticketing systems to enhance workflows and automation.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
**Qualifications\:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- 10 to 12 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of managing large-scale IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
