About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact Commercial Pharma Data and Analytics projects for our US business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of Data, Analytics and/or ML/AI projects across the Commercial Pharma domain (e.g., Sales Force Effectiveness, Marketing Mix, Market Access, Data Warehouse, etc.).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with US business objectives and IT capabilities, utilizing project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, Scrum.
- Manage projects involving the design, enhancement, and migration of Commercial Data Warehouses (DW), implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and integration, or migration of Commercial CRM systems, particularly Veeva CRM.
- Serve as the primary liaison, driving effective communication and alignment between Client stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Field Teams), Technical teams (Data Engineering, DW/BI Developers, CRM Admins), and senior leadership.
- Maintains exceptional attention to detail in managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including meticulous handling of documentation, precise tracking of timelines, and strict adherence to critical compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing and executing clear contingency plans, and facilitate formal change control processes.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditure, and ensuring efficient resource utilization across internal and vendor teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, with 5+ years of direct, proven experience managing Commercial Pharma Data & Analytics and/or CRM implementation projects for US operations.
- Must demonstrate strong client-centricity and persistence (taskmaster qualities), holds teams accountable, and ensure project completion with high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Expertise in common project management tools for the Pharma/Life Sciences sector (e.g., Jira, Service Now, MS Project).
- Proven track record delivering projects with commercial dataset: Sales data from Iqvia, Symphony, Komodo, etc., CRM data from Veeva, OCE, etc.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech industry regulations and compliance requirements like HIPAA, CCPA, SOC, etc.
