Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a candidate with strong experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and understanding of agile methodologies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing critical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation in Mechanical background
• Prior experience in any Defense & Aerospace and engineering Company(Manufacturing) is an Added Advantage
• Proven expertise in project management, with a demonstrated history of managing complex projects effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and collaborating with diverse groups.
• Strong understanding and implementation of agile methodologies to drive project success in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in Scrum, with the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality results in iterative cycles.
• Skilled in resource allocation and optimization, ensuring efficient deployment of resources for project milestones.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to foresee challenges and address them proactively.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
• Adapt at risk management, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies timely.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing daily, monthly production plan as per scheduled targets
• Establishing new facilities for Assembly, testing activities
• Planning, Coordinating & executing training programs for skill upgradation of project team
• Should have Knowledge on As9100D Standards & MIL Standards
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Design, Production, QA, SCM, Testing, Documentation).
• Allocate manpower, machines, and material resources efficiently.
• Mentor engineers and ensure knowledge transfer on defense standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets in line with defense procurement norms (L1, cost-plus, fixed price contracts).
• Track and control project costs, variances, and cash flow.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation:
• Project execution plan
• Technical documentation (drawings, manuals, test reports)
• Configuration control and change management
• Work with R&D for new defense/aerospace product development.
• Oversee technology transfer agreements and ToT compliance.
