Job Position:

The Project Manager will be responsible to drive all of the Customer facing and inward facing Digital services projects.  Key focus will be Planning , Managing, Evaluating and Deploying on-site web/app projects by working together with internal stakeholders (Business& IT teams) and external partners/vendors. Primary objective would be to ensure project delivery to the business owners while managing concurrent projects in a dynamically changing environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Works with Business and IT on managing projects using agile methodologies - Defines complex project plans including scope, budget and schedule, and executes tasks defined in the project plan to achieve project goals using standard project management methodologies and practices 

  1. Define track and analyze project KPIs, MIS data and other key metrics defined by business teams

  2. Continually assesses project needs and resources to complete projects on time and within budget 

  3. Validates, and may help develop, business cases with Customers, as well as develops a project charter 

  4. Drives testing and acceptance of project results 

  5. Leads and facilitates project meetings and presentations to Leadership 

  6. Proactively communicates with Stakeholders, Sponsors, and Project Teams to maintain project alignment 

  7. Builds partnerships to collaborate and uses influence without authority to gather Customer and business requirements and communicate effectively with all project Teams and Support groups 

Desired qualifications:

  1. BTech/MTech 

  2. Should be certified PMP/Prince 2 Project manager. 

  3. Experience in data analysis and proficient in using excel

  4. Advanced knowledge of MS Project / MS Office / Visio

Preferred relevant work experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Project management  

  • Exposure to Digital Platforms across with ecommerce experience.  

  • Advanced knowledge of project processes, problem management tools and procedures 

  • Must have managed and owned concurrent projects 

  • Experience as Travel domain Product manager added advantage. 

  • Effectively communicates information and ideas using all forms of communication 

  • Maintains composure under pressure and accurately assesses problem situations 

  • Works effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, Team based environment 

  • High analytical ability & process orientation
