We are looking for a proactive and results -driven Project Manager with at least 8+ years of experience in managing multiple software project deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project and team management, and a passion for delivering high -quality outcomes. While not mandatory, candidates with academic backgrounds in Mechanical, Civil, or Production, CS, IT Engineering are preferred.

Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple software projects.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation and deliverables.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Track and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership with mitigation strategies.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure quality standards and compliance across all project phases.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Manage project scope, change requests, and handle project escalations effectively.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support business development and proposal preparation with effort estimates and planning inputs.<\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Production) or a related technical field.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing software/technology project deliveries.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Solid understanding of software development life cycles Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously with cross -functional teams.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prior Exposure to CAD/BIM/Engineering software projects.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prior Exposure to AI tech in project.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Work from On Site / Client Location when ever needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Nice to have:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- AI -Technical understanding.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Must have:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- B.E./B.Tech<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Multiple Project Management Experience,<\/span>
