Role Overview<\/b>

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager<\/b><\/span> with strong delivery experience in Retail or E -Commerce<\/b><\/span> technology environments. This role requires hands -on project leadership, excellent stakeholder communication, and strong domain expertise to manage complex technology initiatives across cross -functional teams.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

Project Delivery & Execution<\/b>

• Lead end -to -end execution of <\/span>Retail/E -Commerce technology projects<\/b>.<\/span>

• Define project scope, timelines, delivery milestones, and cross -team dependencies.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and escalation workflows are properly maintained.
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Cross -Functional Collaboration<\/b>
  <\/h3>

  • Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, product, design, and business teams.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand -ups, retrospectives, and demos.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure alignment across all teams for smooth execution.

    Stakeholder Management<\/b>

    • Communicate project updates, dashboards, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership.

    • Manage relationships with business stakeholders and global teams.

    • Ensure project objectives remain aligned with business goals and KPIs.

      • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and compliance materials.

      • Drive adherence to SDLC, Agile, and governance standards.

      • Monitor resource utilization, productivity, and delivery metrics.

        Technical Orientation<\/b>

        • Have a strong understanding of Retail/E -Commerce systems<\/b><\/span>, integrations, data flows, and architecture basics.

        • Support discussions involving API workflows, system dependencies, and technology impacts.

            • 7–11 years of experience managing software/technology initiatives.
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Strong in planning, estimation, risk management, dependency mapping, and execution control.

            • Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams.
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar PM tools.
              <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              Communication & Leadership<\/b>

              • Excellent communication—both written and verbal.
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence without direct authority.
