Actively looking for a Project Manager with experience around 12+ years which includes Project Management experience of 4 + years.

  • The candidate is expected to work with stakeholders from across different business verticals a to collect requirements, design project plan.
  • Work with team to manage the timelines in-office/work-from home and hybrid models of working.
  • Should have experience running small/large project teams with Agile mode of development and adapt to a new model of working if required.
  • Should have handled escalations and managed high degree of customer satisfaction through regular governance calls.
  • Should have experience with monthly invoicing, managing projects in tools, budgets, cost estimates, profitability analysis

Should have

  • Good Exposure to Communication Management.
  • Project Planning and Execution.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Change Management.
  • Risk Management.
  • Resource Management.
  • Project Scope management.
  • Quality management.
  • Experience executing Agile projects.
  • Good communication skills and should be a good team player.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life cycle.
  • Has experience in managing development and testing projects.
  • Candidate should have good client facing skills and should have experience in client facing roles.

 

Other Skills:

  • should have great communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with customers and project team independently.
  • should be flexible to support growth of team by taking on new initiatives as and when needed. 3. understand how to work in a fast-paced organization and multi-tasking ability.

Education/Training/Certification needs:

  • have BS degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • good working knowledge of Agile/scrum and other development models.
  • experience with ITIL is a plus
