About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager (PMP Certified) to oversee our Training Operations. This role involves managing corporate training programs, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and aligning training initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management capabilities along with a solid background in training or education-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Operations Management
    Oversee and execute corporate training programs, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with company goals.

  • End-to-End Project Management
    Manage full project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, following PMP methodologies.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    Coordinate with clients, trainers, and internal teams to deliver seamless and impactful training programs.

  • Resource Planning
    Efficiently allocate trainers, tools, and materials to ensure training effectiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Quality Control & Evaluation
    Implement quality assurance frameworks and feedback mechanisms to evaluate training outcomes and suggest improvements.

  • Reporting & Analysis
    Generate detailed status reports, performance metrics, and insights for leadership and clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA / PGDM / BE / BTech (Preferred)

  • Certifications: PMP Certification (Mandatory)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Training Operations or Project Management within corporate training or education domains

  • Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Tools: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Adaptability: Ability to perform in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
