We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager (PMP Certified) to oversee our Training Operations. This role involves managing corporate training programs, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and aligning training initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management capabilities along with a solid background in training or education-based operations.
Training Operations Management
Oversee and execute corporate training programs, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with company goals.
End-to-End Project Management
Manage full project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, following PMP methodologies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with clients, trainers, and internal teams to deliver seamless and impactful training programs.
Resource Planning
Efficiently allocate trainers, tools, and materials to ensure training effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Quality Control & Evaluation
Implement quality assurance frameworks and feedback mechanisms to evaluate training outcomes and suggest improvements.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate detailed status reports, performance metrics, and insights for leadership and clients.
Education: MBA / PGDM / BE / BTech (Preferred)
Certifications: PMP Certification (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Training Operations or Project Management within corporate training or education domains
Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tools: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills
Adaptability: Ability to perform in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
