Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for
delivering impactful HR and payroll transformation programs? We’re on the
lookout for a dynamic project manager who thrives in the cloud ERP space and
brings hands-on experience with SaaS ERP solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP
SuccessFactors, or Oracle Fusion). This role is primarily focused on Workday
implementations, though the ideal candidate should be flexible and open to
supporting other HCM and payroll SaaS solutions as needed, based on the project
pipeline.
If you’ve successfully led HRIS and payroll implementations,
particularly across Australia and India, and know the ins and outs of payroll
systems, this is your chance to take charge of strategic programs that touch
thousands of employees. Bring your energy, expertise, and leadership to an
exciting role where technology meets transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own
and drive the delivery of large-scale HRIS and payroll
implementations, ensuring high-quality outcomes from initiation to
go-live.
- Partner
with senior stakeholders in HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance across
countries to shape and deliver solutions that truly transform how people
work.
- Manage
all aspects of project execution — timelines, budgets, resources, risks,
and vendor coordination — like a pro.
- Facilitate
engaging design workshops, sprint planning, UAT sessions, and go-live
cutovers, making sure every milestone is hit.
- Act
as the bridge between tech and business, ensuring solutions align
with local compliance and global strategy
- Bring
your voice to the table in governance meetings, offering insight
and foresight on delivery performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- 10+
years of experience managing complex SaaS projects, with a
strong focus on cloud-based ERP platforms.
- Hands-on
experience with Workday (highly preferred), SuccessFactors,
or Oracle Fusion.
- End-to-end implementation experience, with a strong understanding of compliance,
configuration, and integration challenges.
- Knowledge of Australia and India payroll regulations and business
processes is desirable
- Excellent
communicator and stakeholder manager — you’re comfortable engaging
C-suite, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Certified
in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
- Confident
navigating both Agile and Waterfall environments.
