Roles &Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these metrics.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Ensure end-to-end project operations and deliverables defined targets are met.
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Technical Oversight:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure high-quality delivery by conducting regular code reviews and performance evaluations.
- Salesforce certifications are PLUS
Production Support and Development:
- Manage production support activities, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Oversee development projects, ensuring adherence to development standards and methodologies.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production support and development activities.
Governance and Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
- Track and report project progress through key performance indicators (KPIs)
People Management:
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor and improve team productivity, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Have prior experience of managing a team of 10-20 people.
Value-Added Services:
- Continuously seek opportunities to deliver value-added services to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end support and development Salesforce projects.
- Ideally having a Salesforce certification.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Strong governance and reporting skills.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
