SAP B1 Project Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• SAP  B1 to ECC or S/4HANA migration experience mandatory.
• SAP MM / SD / FICO expertise, experience.
• SAP ASAP / Activate expertise
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate team members to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
• Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project budget and manage cost control measures.
• Report project progress and performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Provide support and direction to project teams through consultation and problem-solving.
• Coordinate user training sessions to enhance system functionality and utilization.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for future improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation of project activities and decisions.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures related to SAP B1.
• Foster strong vendor relationships to support project needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within ERP implementations, specifically SAP B1.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Experience in budgeting and resource management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies a plus.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
