Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, SAP BW Project Manager!
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams including SAP BW/4HANA consultants, developers, and business analysts.
Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Mentor and guide team members to achieve project milestones.
Stakeholder Management
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage expectations and ensure alignment between IT and business objectives.
Quality Assurance
Oversee solution design, development, and testing phases.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and performance standards.
Budget & Risk Management
Monitor project budgets and control costs.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications/Skills we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 preferred; SAP BW/4HANA or SAP HANA certification is a plus.
Experience:
Experience in SAP projects and in BW/4HANA.
Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations or migrations.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA architecture and data modelling concepts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and integration with BW/4HANA.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with BW/4HANA.
Ability to manage projects in cloud or hybrid environments.
