This role will mainly be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall product strategies and shaping the future of a fast-growing start-up.
- Develop and execute overall product strategies aligned with company goals.
- Direct cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products meeting user needs and driving business growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product organization.
- Drive product roadmap development, prioritizing features based on market trends and feedback.
- Champion user-centric design principles and ensure high-quality user experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support product initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies: Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the wealth management industry.
Specific criteria required:
- 8-9 years of proven product management leadership experience.
- Previous experience in fintech is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of product management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Startup experience and proficiency in product management tools are advantageous.
