Description
Requirements
- Product Ownership and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and research, to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives.
- Roadmap input: Provide input, alongside the Portfolio manager, to build the product roadmaps
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, IT, and designers to ensure the development of robust AI solutions, maintaining technical rigor and introducing new methods for verifying success and identifying risks.
- User Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences by understanding and addressing user needs in AI applications.
- Cross-Business Coordination: Support the coordination of GenAI applications to drive improvements and innovations across Vernova.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions. Define and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
- Post-Launch Support: Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance value delivery.
- 3rd party solutions: Oversee the interjection of GenAI products coming from 3rd party software suppliers and determine best technology fit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5- 10 years' relevant experience.
- Experience with GE/GE Vernova highly preferred.
- Business Acumen: Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives.
- Leadership: Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and occasionally C-Suite executives.
- Experience building and deploying AI applications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical skills to identify and solve risks and challenges.
- Technical Proficiency and Data-Driven Mindset
- Must be willing to work out of an office located in Bangalore , India.
