Mandatory Requirement:
A minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on technical product experience.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g.,Scrum, Kanban) and a strong understanding of DevOps principles.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Technical Visionary: Possess a strong grasp of emerging technologies and how they can be leveraged to solve user problems and propel product differentiation.
2. Product Strategy & Roadmap Champion: Develop and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Conduct market research, analyze competitor offerings, and identify technical opportunities to inform product strategy.
3. Customer & User Advocacy: Partner closely with customer success and support teams to gather user feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements.
4. Technical Expertise: Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex features. Bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Process Optimization Specialist: Work with engineering to streamline product development processes, identify and implement tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) for efficient product delivery.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of technical features on user behavior and business goals.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration Master: Foster a collaborative environment by working seamlessly with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Communication Powerhouse: Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to a diverse range of audiences.
8. Technical Fluency: Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard technical tools and methodologies to support product development.
9. Industry Savvy: Possess a deep understanding of Insurance/Insurance.
Broking industry & technical landscape, allowing you to anticipate evolving trends and translate them into innovative product solutions.
Qualification and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with API design and development.
