We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our foundational platform and infrastructure teams, including areas like Core Services, Master Data Management (MDM), Shared Services, and Data Integration. This high-impact role reports to the SVP of Product and is pivotal in shaping the core technical strategy that underpins our provider data platform.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise software, data infrastructure, and API platforms, and has a strong background in scaling product organizations and developing complex, high-performing platforms.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and drive the product strategy for platform services, data infrastructure, and shared capabilities.
- Develop a long-term vision and multi-year roadmap that aligns with company goals while ensuring platform scalability and reliability.
- Lead the creation and execution of an enterprise-wide data strategy that supports both product innovation and business impact.
- Anticipate future trends in healthcare data infrastructure and proactively shape product direction to keep us ahead of the curve.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing product managers focused on foundational infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of product excellence, strategic thinking, and collaborative execution.
- Continuously assess team structure and capabilities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Product Development & Delivery
- Oversee the development of scalable and reliable infrastructure, including MDM components (entity resolution, survivorship, lineage).
- Guide the evolution of shared service APIs to accelerate feature delivery across the platform.
- Drive platform-wide improvements in data quality, integration, and standardization.
- Ensure that infrastructure meets enterprise standards for performance, security, compliance, and availability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership on long-term architecture and system design.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities, roadmaps, and platform capabilities.
- Advocate for necessary resources to deliver on critical infrastructure investments.
Business Impact & Communication
- Translate complex technical topics into clear business outcomes for stakeholders.
- Present product roadmaps and progress updates to senior leadership and executive teams.
- Quantify and communicate the business value of infrastructure investments, tying outcomes to broader organizational KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of product management experience in data-driven or enterprise software environments.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing product managers.
- Proven success managing a broad portfolio of platform and infrastructure products.
- Experience driving outcomes for MDM, data integration, shared services, or platform APIs.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to align technical priorities with business ROI.
- Deep understanding of developer platforms, enterprise APIs, and infrastructure product strategy.
- Expertise in data quality, standardization, governance, and integration best practices.
- Familiarity with applying AI/ML to data products (e.g., for entity resolution).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
